The Lotus Hotel Pang Suan Kaew is located in the centre of Chiang Mai, around 3 km (1.9 miles) from the international airport. The 690-room hotel comprises two wings, connected at certain floors; glass-windowed elevators transport guests. It is the only hotel in Chiang Mai to be connected to a shopping mall.
